Once the recruitment process is completed data will be held as follows:-

a) Declined applicant data is held for 6 months and then destroyed. 

b) Successful applicant data becomes part of your Employment Record. By law we must hold some of this data for 7 years after your leave date, then it is destroyed.

Ethnic monitoring data

Data relating to your racial origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, etc that are classed as protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010

Why we wish to hold it

We may use this data to understand the ethnic make- up of our workforce and job applicants and it allows us to inform our recruitment process with regard to workforce diversity.

How long it will be kept for

This data will be kept for the duration of this round of applications and will be anonymised and stored for 4 years afterwards.

(b)      if we believe that the documents may be relevant to any ongoing or prospective legal proceedings;

AMX Mobile Privacy Policy 

AMX Solutions Ltd does not share, retain, collect or store user information as a result of using AMX Mobile. 

 

Camera usage: 

AMX Mobile uses the camera on the device to allow users to take photographs to accompany data collection. AMX Solutions Ltd does not share, retain, collect or use the photographs taken as a result of using the AMX Mobile application. 

 

GPS usage: 

AMX Mobile uses the GPS on the device to allow users to record locational data to accompany data collection. AMX Solutions Ltd does not share, retain, collect or use the GPS or location data taken as a result of using the AMX Mobile application.
